(四)规范程序、严格审查。政府信息作为一种严肃的信息，审查、上传也必须有严格的程序和步骤。全镇需公开的各种政府信息，由各部门起草后，上报镇党政办进行修改、初审，然后报分管领导复审、签字，由镇党委副书记进行最终审查和保密审查，最后由党政办政府公开信息员进行上传。在整个过程中，依照《xxx政府信息公开条例》精神，始终坚持“公开为原则、不公开为例外”的原则，严格执行中枢镇政府信息公开责任追究制度、依申请公开制度、保密审查制度、考核制度、举报受理等各项制度，使政府信息公开工作更加规范化、制度化、经常化。
(五)综合协调、全面监督。政府信息公开工作是一项全面、系统的工程，工作的成效与各部门工作息息相关，这就要求各部门相互配合、协调，共同做好此项关乎民心的工作。镇党委、政府根据当前工作的要求，及时做好各部门的协调、配合，并把政府信息公开工作纳入年度考核，根据工作目标定期对各部门进行监督检查，年底实行奖惩考核制度。
