1、讲课有时不够条理、流畅，思维跳跃性大。继续加强备课工作，熟悉和熟练教学内容。
2、重点内容论述不够充分突出，学生不容易掌握。继续摸索和学习突破教学难点重点地技巧和方法。
3、缺乏课堂教学突变事件的应变能力。课堂中经常遇到趁机起哄的学校，教学思路被打断，影响到课堂效率。以后多向其他老师请教、取经，不断学习总结方法。
4、教师基本功仍需加强训练，如：板书条理、整洁，普通话要准确，教学语言吐字清晰，富有感情。
5、加强后进生的教育，由于所教班级较多，有不少学生没有关心到。希望以后能关注更多的后进生，多给些关心，多给点爱心，再多一些耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。
6、加强作业跟踪。也可能是由于所教班级多，有些未交作业的学生没有给以及时地批评和惩罚，导致作业对一小部分学生缺乏约束力。希望以后工作做得更加细点。
