情况1:分清领导信息的类型,不同类型的信息可采用不同的回答,灵活应对。
领导常发的信息类型有通知型、任务型、指导型、批评型等主要的几种。通知型信息是最常见的,也是最多的,比方说领导通知开会、放假、加班、检查等;有时候领导也会直接发信息下达任务;或者针对某件事提出指导型、批评型意见。

例如:领导安排星期五下午盘点货品。你可以回复:收到,程经理,我会带队10名盘点人员,星期五下午2点之前到盘点仓库,预计下班前可盘点结束,明天上班第一时间汇报盘点结果。
例如:领导发工作指导意见。你可以回复:收到,请程经理放心,我会认真学习,并贯彻执行。
例如:领导发批评型信息。你可以回复:收到,程经理,我会接受这次教训,保证下次不会再犯同类的错误。
看明白了吗?针对不同类型的领导信息,回答可以随机应变。但万变不离其宗,你要让领导明白,你听明白了,并且有具体的行动,以及某个时候反馈结果。如果只回复收到,肯定达不到这个效果。这是职场人的沟通素养,尤其是针对传统型、中规中矩的领导,更要如此。
情况2:看领导是一对多发信息,还是一对一发信息。
