1、送出爱的礼，走进爱的心
一大早，阳光明媚，我和几个同学就一起带着爱心礼物来到了敬老院，我们把小小的礼物送到他们手里，却把大大的温暖送到了他们心里。老人们都很感动，和蔼可亲的，有的还和我们谈起心来！
穿着大红棉袄的李奶奶非常健谈，她曾经是一名英语教师，爱好唱歌跳舞，她饶有兴趣地跟我们探讨着英语的语法，时不时从嘴里蹦出几句怀旧版的英语对白，那举手投足之间让我们全然忘记了她是一位老人。
刘爷爷是位退伍军人，老伴很早就过世了，他告诉我们，他的儿女常年在外，自己一个人很孤独，所以来敬老院找找朋友，找点安慰，让自己不再那么寂寞！老人和我们谈起了他参军的情况时，很是感动，慷慨激昂，仿佛又回到了部队，眼睛里流露出的是兴奋与不舍，但可以看出其中夹杂着这么多年来的辛酸泪，一个人的寂寞生活让他的面容更显憔悴了！
2、拉着爱的手，唱着爱的歌

3、将爱付出行动
和老人们谈谈心之后，我们开始帮他们打扫卫生，整理房间，把爱付诸了实际行动，大家都热火朝天地动手干了起来。每个人都带着关爱的心，做着关爱的事，如给老人们晾衣服，晒被子，倒垃圾……有的给老人轻轻按摩，有的还帮老人剪指甲，看着小手拉大手，心中有说不出的温暖。到了午饭时间，我们主动给一些老人喂起饭来，一口，两口……此刻的他们就像婴儿般渴望得到捧在手心里关怀，那幸福的笑脸，感动的泪水，看得心里很不是滋味。为了丰富老人们的娱乐生活，我们还带来了一些欢笑。有讲笑话的，有跳舞的，有吹笛子的，每个人都希望给小小的院子，带来大大的温暖。身体硬朗的张爷爷干脆还给我们伴起奏来，他拿出了搁置很久了的二胡。拉着二胡，哼着小调，别有一番风味，老人们的脸上都露出的久违的笑，很甜很美。
4、进行深入调查
最后，我们找到了敬老院的院长赵伯伯，聊起了敬老院的近况。他告诉我们：“院里的老人们的基本物质生活还是有保障，也还算丰富，但精神生活就太贫乏了。老人们的内心其实也和孩子们一样，他们更加害怕孤独，更加渴望得到温暖！
