一、坚持认真备课。
备课中我不仅备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课作出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
二、努力增强我的上课技能。
提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。

在教学上，有疑必问。在各个章节的学习上都积极征求其他老师的意见，学习他们的方法，同时，多听老师的课，做到边听边讲，学习别人的优点，克服自己的不足，并常常邀请其他老师来听课，征求他们的意见，改进工作。
四、完善批改作业。
布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。为了做到这点，我常常到各大书店去搜集资料，对各种辅助资料进行筛选，力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结，进行透切的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。
五、做好课后辅导工作，注意分层教学。
在课后，为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导，并不限于学习知识性的辅导，更重要的是学*的辅导，要提高后进生的成绩，首先要解决他们心结，让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性，使之对学习萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心，让他们意识到学习并不是一项任务，也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充满乐趣的。
从而自觉的把身心投放到学习中去。这样，后进生的转化，就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学习转化到自觉的求知上来。使学习成为他们自我意识力度一部分。在此基础上，再教给他们学习的方法，提高他们的技能。并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作。后进生通常存在很多知识断层，这些都是后进生转化过程中的拌脚石，在做好后进生的转化工作时，要特别注意给他们补课，把他们以前学习的知识断层补充完整，这样，他们就会学得轻松，进步也快，兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。
六、积极推进素质教育。
新课改提了的，要以提高学生素质教育为主导思想，为此，我在教学工作中并非只是传授知识，而是注意了学生能力的培养，把传授知识、技能和发展智力、能力结合起来，在知识层面上注入了思想情感教育的因素，发挥学生的创新意识和创新能力。让学生的各种素质都得到有效的发展和培养。

教学反思具有探索性。任何教师都有理论上的迷茫，实践中的困惑。反思作为一种教学手段在探索中奋进。存在问题就整改，发现问题则深思，反思的真谛就在于教师要敢于怀疑自己，敢于和善于突破、超越自我，不断地向高层次迈进。教学实践的过程，既是教师探索的过程，也是教师反思的过程。
教学反思贯穿于整个教学活动。它既有对教学内容的反思，也有对教学方法的反思，也有对学生试卷评卷方法的反思。例如，笔者总结了自己的教学经验和体会对老一套的“*”评卷方法进行了反思和改进，摸索出了一种模式“自查——互查——师评——反馈”的试卷讲评模式，试卷讲评取得了明显的效果，也激发了学生主人翁意识，让笔者知道了学生才是学习的真正主人。教学内容的反思令课堂再现了生机，以人为本的理念得到了很好地体现。也有对教学方法的反思，如：探究性教学和任务型教学如何在英语课堂上得到合理运用？多媒体教学如何为课堂教学服务？既有常规课的反思，也有专题活动的反思，比如如何高效性地分析试卷？怎样提高学生的听力水*和写作水*等等。教师既有通过自己
实践后感受而进行的教学反思，也有借学生的眼睛作为“镜头”来质疑自己的教学行为的反思。
二、教学反思的一般内容
教学反思是指教师把自己的课堂教学实践，作为认识对象而进行全面深入的思考和总结，从而进入更优化的教学状态。对教学过程后的反复研究是提高教学效益的重要途径，又是教师积累教学经验的有效方法。不断进行教学反思，可以获得宝贵的经验、教训。及时发现新问题，不断提升教学实践的合理性，是成为专家型教师一种有效的方式和途径。笔者综合几年课堂教学实践反思的经验，将教学反思的内容界定为两种：反思教学理念与反思教学方法。
反思教学理念。每一位教师的教学行为都是受一定的教学理念支配的。没有科学的教学理念，就没有科学的教学行为，而教学理念是随着时代的发展而变化的，它是与时俱进的。如果我们的教学理念落后了，那必将使得我们教学方法和手段的落后。所以，在新课程背景下英语教师首先要对自己的教学理念进行反思，找出差距和不足，时时更新自己的教学理念。
反思教学方法。教师在一定的教学理论和学科专业知识基础上，还要对相应的课堂教学方法来进行反思。如选择了哪些教学方法进行教学？教学过程是否合理，是否达到预期的目标？如何营造宽松、民主、*等和谐的课堂气氛，同时做到“治而不乱，秩序井然”就成为我们教师值得反思的一个问题。因此，反思自己的教学方法是否能够体现自己的教学理念，是否能够落实教学目标是我们教师应该认真反思的又一重要内容。
三、教学反思的实践
教学反思应与教科研相结合。教学实践是教学案例、教学理论取之不竭的源泉。教学反思来自于教学实践，又服务于课堂教学，是教科研的重点。教师要把教学反思和教学案例、课题研究结合起来，这样使课堂教学更具有科学性和艺术性，更好地构建符合时代要求的课堂教学方式。
做好教学后记与反思随笔。教师除了完成教学任务外，应及时回顾和总结每一节课的心得体会，写好教学后记，以便重新审视自己的教学行为。
教学后记包括：
1.记录学生困惑，建立教学备忘录
课堂教学反馈、课后练习、阶段性测试等都能暴露出教学存在的问题。教师对存在的问题应仔细分析原因，究竟是教师启发不当，还是教师未讲清楚，是超出学生的理解能力范围，还是学生学习马虎？教学反思最重要的是寻找问题的症结，然后采取措施，调整教学方式。教师的教学能力在一次次的反思中不断总结，不断提高。
2.记录课堂教学动态，撰写反思小结
反思随笔可以写出教学的不足，记录教师对教学灵感的思考，还可以写课堂上遇到棘手问题的处理办法。写反思随笔有助于培养教师的问题意识，提高教学科研的主动性和积极性。课堂教学过程中，如何使课堂教学更富有实效性,也是经常困扰我们的问题。因此，教师要在课后及时记录课堂教学情况，从课堂结构、教学方法、语言表达、板书设计、学生情况、教学效果等各方面，客观、公正评价自己的得失。
四、教学反思应注意的几个“是否”
1.是否真正“沟通”和“合作”
叶澜教授曾提出：“人类的教育活动起源于交往”,“没有沟通就不可能有教学”。教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的过程。教师不再是特权式人物，而是与学生*起*坐的一员；教学是教师与学生彼此敞开心扉、相互接纳的对话过程。在成功的教学过程中，师生应形成一个“学习共同体”。
2.是否创造性地使用了教材
教材，历来被作为课程之本。而在新的课程理念下，教材的首要功能只是作为教与学的一种重要资源，但不是唯一的资源，它不再是完成教学活动的权威文本，而是以一种参考提示的性质出现。同时，教师不仅是教材的使用者，也是教材的建设者。因为本次课程改革中的一些理念仍具有实验性质，有待在实践中进一步检验、发展和完善。
3.是否适应学生的个性差异
学生的个性差异是客观存在的。成功的教育者，必须根据学生的个性特长，因材施教，因人施教，因类施教，充分发挥学生的个性特长，让每一个学生都有施展才能的机会。因此，无论是情境的创设还是内容的呈现，无论是问题的设置，还是释疑解惑，都应该“为了一切学生”，因为教育的最大使命就是尊重学生的个性差异，促进全体学生的发展。
4.教学过程是否存在“伪探究”
一些英语教师往往把要讨论的问题只表现在问题的探究的表面上，在小组讨论中，教师抛出一个问题，几个学生立即围成一团讨论，不管问题的价值是否有讨论的必要，待几分钟后，教师一声击掌，学生的讨论戛然而止，再由小组中的优等生发言。至于其他学生，尤其是学习有困难的学生，在讨论时是否真正心到神到？是否真正学会了应该学会的方法、技能、知识往往并不被关心。这种“神散形未散”的“伪探究”其实掩盖了个性之间的差异，甚至会剥夺部分学生的独立思考、发言的权利。
