全片两个半小时，我是忍着尿看完的。爸爸在片中只流了两次泪，一次是求训练学校的领导不要开除两个女儿，一次是女儿终于赢得了国际比赛。而对于泪点值为负数的我，几乎从头哭到尾。女孩们苦苦哀求不要剪掉头发，但剪刀还是无情的剪了下去，我流泪了。
女孩们第一次在镇上赢得了比赛，我流泪了。大女儿进入国际训练校之后，完全接受了新的世界，新的技巧，和爸爸产生分歧和矛盾，甚至不惜在众目睽睽之下把爸爸摔倒，我也流泪了。幸好在后来的比赛失利中才渐渐明白，只有爸爸才是最好最适合她的教练。片子的后半段很详细的展现了大女儿在英联国际赛场上的表现，每一场比赛我都手心出汗，泪眼朦胧。父亲确实是一位有胸襟有远见爱国爱家有梦想的男人，他用自己毕生力量把女儿培养到国际赛场，并试图改变着印度重男轻女的国情。
