刚开始你的主角不要树立那么不切实际的渴望，诸如，我要维护世界和平，我要保持中庸（苟是务实的、现实的，是精致的利己主义，中庸不是，中庸是道，网络小说是娱乐爽文，不是开坛布道，切记），我要伸张正义（现实中再也没有捡到一分钱，交到警察叔叔手里边，乐于助人，扶老太太过马路的事件了，你写侠义，那就是脱离实际。快意恩仇可以，侠义没有群众基础，没有现实感情共鸣，弃了吧。）目标小一点，比如继承个三百亿，成为镇妖师，拥有一套属于自己的房子，购买一辆属于自己的车之类的，尽量小一点，现实一点，贴合实际一点。小说创作是提炼生活，经过戏剧化加工再呈现出来，而不是让你满篇跑火车，天马行空。
小说是创作，而创作的自由度从来都是有限的。
生活中没有绝对的自由。
绝对自由的小说，也就完全脱离了实际，没有了共情基础。
