第三个环节是自我反省。在这个环节中，主持人播放了几种不同旋律的乐曲，让大家闭目沉思，以此来回顾自己曾经的生活的和对现在的自己做个反思。通过更好的认识自己，来使自己更好的更有信心的面对未来的生活的。

此次心理沙龙活动的开展也揭开了新学期心理沙龙系列活动的序幕。
