1.前言
本人于xx年9月至2015年1月在广东省高州市谭头镇简垌小学实习。简垌小学是一所农村小学，学校比较偏僻的地方，学校创始于1984年。在校担任五年级班主任和五年级语文，并教三、四、五年纪的英语。为了更好的知道学生对英语学习的兴趣，为了更好的教学，俗话说：“知己知彼，百战不殆”，所以在我实习单位进行了英语学习兴趣的调查问卷。
2.调查目的和方法

随着社会的不断发展，英语学习变得更为广泛和基础，小学课程最基本的目的是激发学生学习兴趣，让学生通过良好的学习方法，培养正确的学习动机和积极向上的学习兴趣。为了进一步研究小学生对英语学习的兴趣，我特别对自己所执教的三、四、五年级3个班共80名学生进行了调查与分析。
调查方法
问卷调查法：在班主任监督下，发放无记名调查问卷（问卷见附件）。共发放问卷80份，收回60，经检查有效问卷为52。

结果分析：全部学生都喜欢英语，但是学生喜欢英语程度随着年级的增加而递减，体现了三年级学生刚学英语对英语有好奇心。喜欢英语的绝大多数是觉得上英语课有趣，其次是自己的成绩好，有两个同学选其他的学习如建筑一样，要打好基石。学生基础没打好，时间越久就越跟不上，逐渐失去自信心，没有动力学习英语。绝大部分学生学习英语的主要动力是对英语感兴趣，喜欢英语。
对策：从心理学的角度来说，小学生富有很大的好奇心，听觉灵敏，善于模仿，心理障碍较少，他们对一种新语言的学习往往产生强烈浓厚的兴趣。所以人们认为小学阶段是学习语言的最佳时期。然而，从另一个角度来说，小学生的注意力又容易分散，唯有对感兴趣的东西才能集中注意并能持久。而任何实践活动都是人们集中注意才能提高工作效率，学生学习更是如此。常言说得好：兴趣是最好的老师。孔子也曾说：'知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。'这里的'乐'指的正是'兴趣'。第一，教师在教学过程中要精心设计教案，想方设法以新颖、丰富多彩的教学手段激发学生兴趣，用兴趣来激活他们的思维，唤起他们的学习注意力，进而充分调动学生的学习积极性，让他们积极参与到教学中去，真正成为课堂的主人。第二，学生自信心的缺失，也是会影响学生学习英语的兴趣，因而教师在教学中要帮助学生树立自信心，课堂中多采用鼓励的方式促进学生发展。对学生的评价要及时、要恰到好处、要真诚。第三，由于初学内容比较浅显，难度较小，不少学生对英语充满了好奇心。但随着年纪的上升，与英语接触的时间增长，课程难度的逐渐增大，那种初学的好奇逐渐消退，一些学生感到英语学习成为了一种负担和压力，渐渐失去了学习英语的兴趣，变成了被动的应付，严重的影响了学习效果和学习成绩，进而失去信心，形成了恶性的循环。希望课本内容改为容易点。
小学生学习英语的态度
结果分析：绝大多数学生学习英语的方式是课堂认真听讲，其次课后认真复习，少数课前预习。学生每次学完课文回家听磁带的随年级的增加而递减（尤其体现在五年级没有一个回家听磁带的）。主动寻找机会学习英语（如收听，收看英语节目，读英语书刊）也是随年纪的增加而递减。
对策：学习态度，一般是指学生对学习及其学习情境所表现出来的一种比较稳定的心理倾向。不同的学习态度制约着学习的动力不同，学习的效果不同。培养认真负责的学习态度和习惯，不仅有助于今后进一步学习科学文化知识，而且也是提高数学教学质量的有效途径。
一、帮助学生树立学习信心教育实践表明，有些学生不良学习态度的产生和形成，往往是由于他们学习中因多次失败和挫折而产生的多次消极情绪体验积累的结果。这些学生，由于他们智力较差，或学习方法不当，或刻苦努力不够，因此考试屡战屡败，深感积重难返，缺乏信心，形成严重的挫折心理。而当他们受挫时，往往又得不到必要的鼓励、指点，受到的却是教师的批评、谴责、奚落的白眼，有的甚至还受到父母的打骂。这样日复一日在他们心理上形成了“学习即痛苦”的'消极情绪反应。正是由于这种情绪上的原因，他们虽能在认识上懂得学习的重要，但还是有不爱学、不愿学，甚至逃避学习。要转变上述这些学生的学习态度，教师就要正确对待他们：当他们学习上受挫，考试成绩不佳时，切忌进行谴责和奚落，以防止其消极情绪体验的产生。要帮助他们找出学习失败的原因，指导他们改进学习方法，增强其信心。更重要的是，教师要在教学过程中创造各种情境，使他们在学习上不断获得成功，以产生积极的情绪体验。心理学的研究表明，学生学习成功的次数越多，积极愉快的情绪体验也就越多。这就有助于逐渐消除他们因失败和挫折而产生的消极情绪体验，从而转变其消极的学习态度。
二、改进教学方法，激发学生学习兴趣“兴趣是最好的老师”，作为一名数学教师光靠说教是不能端正学生的学习态度的，应该在平时的课堂教学中下功夫，用自己的数学素养、人格魅力感染学生，让他们明白在知识面前，只有真理，没有权威。总之教学的改革就是用方法让学生感到学习兴趣。
三、与家长达成共识在平时的教育教学过程中，在学校举行的家长会上与学生家长进行交流、讨论，就孩子的学习态度问题，达成如下共识：
①家长在家中不当孩子的面，谈论有关对孩子学习不利的话题；尽量不在家中开展娱乐活动，以免分散孩子的注意力；当家庭发生矛盾时，不当孩子的面进行争吵，避免影响孩子的学习情绪等。
②认真倾听孩子的心声，注意与孩子交流的方式方法。高年级学生由于年龄的变化，知识的增加，对待事物的变化有自己独到的见解，尽管他们的认识比较幼稚、肤浅，但家长要耐心听取他们的意见，并采取恰当的方法与他们交流。切不可操之过急，更不可态度粗暴，简单行事，造成孩子跟你无话可说。
③不要采取过分偏激的教育方式。每个孩子都有犯错误的时候，一旦孩子犯了错误，家长应耐心听取孩子的意见，帮助孩子分析犯错误的原因，切不可不问青红皂白胡乱批评一通，更不应该打骂孩子，这样很容易造成孩子的逆反心理，走上极端。
④关注孩子的心理感受。孩子考试成绩不理想，心里一定很难过，这时家长应该关心孩子，千万不要挖苦、讽刺，帮助分析失利的原因，如果是态度不端正造成的，则应进行严厉的批评、教育，必要时请求老师的帮忙。
⑤培养孩子广泛的兴趣爱好。孩子是天真烂漫的，有着充沛的精力，家长应鼓励孩子积极参加一些有意义的活动，对孩子的一些无理要求应当明确拒绝。
小学生对英语老师的看法
结果分析：学生对老师的教学方式也是随着年纪的增加而递减。大部分学生还是认为老师能为自己提升英语水平的，只有几个不这么认为。大多数学生认为老师的的教学效果是满意，十几个学生认为一般的，两个学生认为不满意的。
对策：大部分学生还是认为老师能为自己提升英语水平的，所以我们做老师的更不可能放弃他们。所以教师从教的最高境界：学生佩服，学生敬仰，学生喜爱。
（1）学生佩服的是教师的学识和水平，能让他们的学习有收获感。这里体现老师的教学方法。
（2）学生敬仰的一定是教师的人品。这里最重要体现老师对学生的态度和方法。
（3）学生喜爱的则应该是教师个性与性格为基础的，开朗，活泼，幽默，智慧，这些都孩子们喜爱的教师的表现。我认为，要让学生喜爱自己，我们有一个重要的法宝，就是首先喜爱学生。真正地喜爱他们，从心底里喜爱他们，这也是教师做好教育工作的原动力，加上教师的责任感，我们就一定能把学生的问题放在比较正确的处理的位置上，其中辅佐我们做好
教育教学工作的，就是教育教学的规律和策略。
5.调查结果的启发
经过此次调查、分析，我发现小学生英语学习的兴趣不仅与本身有关，还与教师的本身素质有关。因而作为一名英语教师，不仅要掌握好专业知识，还要努力提高各个方面的才能。在教学中，要以学生为主体，一切活动的设计都要为了学生的发展。多关注学生，帮助学生树立自信心。培养学生学习英语的兴趣，最终转化为稳定的学习动机。最终促进学生全面发展。当然，培养学生良好心理素质并不是一朝一夕能够完成的，只有从小注重对他们进行心理健康教育，给他们创造一个良好的心理环境，才能有利于学生的心理健康，才能为社会造就全面合格的人才。

二、教育教学工作本学期，我承担了学校五年级.班的英语教学工作，对于本学期的教育教学工作，我主要从以下几个方面进行总结。
（2）差生辅导。在我所教的学生当中，有一部分学生是由于家庭原因、身体原因、智力原因、学习态度原因等诸方面的因素导致学习成绩不理想。于是，我在工作中，除了正常的教学之外，针对差生们出现的成绩差的原因对他们进行了多种类型的辅导，如，手拉手互助学习，小组内竞赛，小组间竞赛以增强差生的自信心，个别辅导，重点督促，与家长沟通等。经过一段时间的辅导，他们都有不同程度的进步，学习的兴趣和自信心也大大提高。
（3）理论学习和教学研究。在搞好学生教育教学工作的同时，我不忘积极充实自己。积极学习国内外先进的教育教学理念，随时更新自己的教育教学方法和知识结构，及时了解英语教学的发展动态，学习本校前辈及校外优秀教师的先进教学方法，不断提高自己的文化修养和教育教学水平，为自己的教学研究和教学创新储备力量。与此同时，我还不断进行教学研究，积极参加同教研组和各级教育行政部门组织的教研活动，积极撰写论文和案例，积极参加课题研究，争取最大限度地与他人交流的机会，结合自己的教学实践，敢于创新，构建符合自身特色和本校学生的新的教育方式。

本学期，每个英语教师都是在忙碌中渡过的。我担任五、六年级的英语教学工作。但我力求在教学中做到扎实，有效，让每个学生都有所收益，上好每一节课，带好每一个学生。现将本学期的学科教学工作总结如下：
一、思想方面：
本人热爱教育事业，坚持党的基本原则、教育方针贯彻。思想上严于律己，热爱党的教育事业以党员的要求来约束自己，鞭策自己。对自己要求更为严格，力争在思想上、工作上在同事、学生的心目中树立起榜样的作用。一学期来，积极参加各类政治业务学习，如：学习党的“xx大”精神等。努力提高自己的政治水平和业务水平，配合领导和老师们做好校内外的各项工作。遵守学校的规章制度。学习和研究新课程标准、理念、观点，注重在教学实践中的灵活应用，理论联系实践，研究学生的学习情况。认真学习新的教育理论，及时更新教育理念。
二、在教学工作方面
首先我认识到了几个问题：
1、刚学英语的时候，学生对英语这门课程充满好奇，喜欢学习、模仿。但是，我发现自从小学读了两年后，好奇心逐渐减弱。随着学习难度的增加，学生产生了消极情感，没有兴趣，甚至厌学。
2、面对一些整体学生进行教学的态度误区。对学生学习英语的要求过于严格，不能注意到学生的差异性，没有发现他们接受语言的快慢程度，最终导致有的学生吃得饱，有的学生吃不饱。吃不饱的那部分学生就会产生以下情绪：上课或讲练习的时候，就会马虎，注意力不集中。
3、在有些知识点讲过后，有的甚至操练了多遍，反反复复强调了，学生仍没有掌握。就责怪学生，并因此加强反复训练。于是在责怪声中，在枯燥的联系中，学生的学习兴趣消失了。
我体会到：学生学习语言的能力是因人而异的。有差别是正常的，要教好每一个学生，但不能要求每一个学生都一样、一个模式，不能要求学生都按一个模式去发展，而是开发学生不同的潜能，发展学生学英语的各方面能力。而且教师可根据不同学生之间的差异去因材施教。
首先，我能尊循教学环节，课前认真备课，不但能备好教学内容，更能做到备好学生，备好作业和课堂练习，以便更好地进行因材施教；从激发学生的兴趣入手。教师在英语教学中，让学生做到听、说、读、写并举，眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用，是激发学生学好英语的关键。学生的学习类型是有差异的。而没有学习兴趣的差异更大；学生的喜爱也不一样，有的喜欢听说法，就是一直看着老师，听老师说，很少看书本；有的喜欢阅读法，就是一直盯着书本看，很少看老师或黑板。因此，必须运用多元化的教学方法，激发每个学生的学习兴趣，能让他们喜欢英语。
其次，在课堂教学中尽量使用英语，适当利用母语；利用直观教具、动作、表情和玩游戏等方法吸引学生，让学生乐于学习。而且，教学中必须做到让学生明白，会用，反复练习句型和单词，提高水平，进行生动活泼的开放式的课堂教学，使学生从愉快的情景中学到知识，从而提高学生对英语科的学习兴趣，提高了教学效果。所以在课堂教学中要特别注意学生的兴趣的培养。在课堂上，我首先让学生明白每课的句型结构，懂得它的规律，学会用学过的单词使用新句型对话。每课讲授完后，要求学生必须读熟，会默写单词，会做基本的对话练习。英语的学习是狠抓句型及单词，因此，每天早上要求学生抽出一定时间开口读英语，锻炼口语能力，熟悉课文。在班级选出读音规范的科代表，由教师指导培养好科代表。而且教师经常巡视和抽测，使学生不知不觉巩固所学习的单词；要求每节课前学生听写十个单词，必须做到完全正确。既要学习新知识，又要巩固旧知识，得到两面照顾，不能松懈。
最后，帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。
三、坚持终身学习
“学海无涯”，在信息时代，作为一名教师，终身学习尤为重要。我常常不满自身现状，不断提高自身的专业理论和教学能力。我还积极响应，参加各项教师活动。除此之外，业余时间我还读了许多书和杂志，英语知识等各方面均取得长足进步。

二、教学工作
教学工作是学校各项工作的中心，也是检验一个教师工作成败的关键。一年来,在坚持抓好新课程理念学习和应用的同时,我积极探索教育教学规律，充分运用学校现有的教育教学资源，大胆改革课堂教学，加大新型教学方法使用力度，取得了明显效果,具体表现在:
(一)发挥教师为主导的作用
1、备课深入细致。平时认真研究教材,多方参阅各种资料,力求深入理解教材,准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时,非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真,并不断归纳总结经验教训。
2、注重课堂教学效果。针对高年级学生特点,以愉快式教学为主,不搞满堂灌,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点,突破难点。
3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动,不断汲取他人的宝贵经验,提高自己的教学水平。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次,使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后英语课该怎么教和怎么讲。
4、在作业批改上,认真及时,力求做到全批全改,重在订正,及时了解学生的学习情况,以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。
(二)调动学生的积极性。

1、用发展的观点看学生。
应当纵向地看到：后进生的今天比他的昨天好，即使不然，也应相信他的明天会比今天好。
2、因势利导,化消极因素为积极因素。
首先帮助后进生找到优、缺点,以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以平常的心态对待：后进生也是孩子，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，他们应该享有同其它学生同样的平等和民主，也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。
