2、熟悉了政工常用文体基本格式和写作方法。我来自直属单位，对连队一般性的常用文书接触比较多，但写作实践少，对一些常用文体的写作只了解一些皮毛。来校后，在学习《政工写作学》时，做到课前用心预习，上课充分利用45分钟认真听讲，作好笔记，课后按时完成写作练习。同时，课余时间虚心向写作水平较高的同志请教，自己给自己压担子加任务，做到每学习一种文体，练一种文体，会一种文体。四个多月来，我共练习写了各类政工文章21篇，使自己在短时间内掌握了政工计划、总结、讲话稿、常用公文的写作模式、方法和技巧，写作水平达到教员所要求的“普及型”水平。
3、培养了学习情趣。来政院学习之前，由于种种原因，自己在单位对自学重视不够，总感到需要写的东西不多，没有一种紧迫感和压力感，主动学习的热情不高，兴趣不浓。这次重返校园，在教员的引导和同学们的影响下，使我深深感到自己的知识“底气”不足。环境催我奋进，通过努力，尤其是我写的文章得到写作教员的充分肯定，大大激发了我的写作热情，培养了我的学习情趣，使自己由原来的“要我学”转化为强烈的“我要学”。
二、存在的问题
1、自身知识储备不够。经过学习，我虽然掌握了一些常用文体的基本写作方法和技能，可是每次在教员布置作业后，自己真正按所学文体格式“照葫芦画瓢”时，总感到脑袋空空，写上两三句话，就没话可写了。究其原因，就是由于自己平时不注重知识和思想的积累，“底气”不足，因而出现“书到用时方恨少”的局面。
2、学习中存在畏难情绪。由于自己写作基础差，知识积累少。时常在教员布置作业时，篇幅短的，感觉还可以承受，一旦篇幅较长，思想压力就比较大，总有一种难以应付的感觉，往往是绞尽脑汁也拿不出像样的东西，有时不免有种畏难情绪，缺乏一种知难而上的精神。
三、今后努力方向
1、多读。利用在校学习时间相对比较集中的有利条件，多读书，不断完善自己的知识结构。一是多读一些理论书籍，不断提高自己的理论层次；二是多阅读一些政工研究文章和政工信息材料，学习别人的写作方法和观点提炼，掌握一些政工信息；三是多读一些有利于提高自己写作能力的书籍，不断拓宽自己的知识面。
2、多思。政工写作水平的提高还不能满足于“照葫芦画瓢”，要切实提高政工写作水平，必须使自己养成勤于思考的习惯，找出政工写作的规律性东西，形成自己的写作特色。
3、多写。要真正提高的写作水平，关键的一点还得多写。我要充分利用在校仅有的时间，尽最大努力完成教员布置的每一篇作业，虚心向教员和同学请教，找出自己存在的不足。
