我校在开学工作十分繁忙的情况下，多次召开校委会研究毕业班工作；

二、毕业班学生的基本情况
上期的期末考试中，我们毕业班考得还算可以，可那只是在我们镇，如果与全县相比，我们的孩子又是什么样的水平？那还要看这学期的努力。
我和张晓静老师是看着这一届学生成长的。2百多名学生有三分之一来自培智班，这些孩子或多或少存在一些学习上的困难，有百分之六来五改六留下来的，他们年龄较大，学到了不少不良习惯如欺负弱小、吸烟等；有四分之一来自其他合并学校；有些同学学习成绩差，对学习的重要性还没有很好的认识，家长呢也是任其发展，对孩子的学习莫不关心，理由是我们工作实在太忙了，真的没时间去管他，有些家长从来没主动到老师这儿询问过自己孩子的学习情况以及在校的表现……这一系列的因素导致我们这届学生需要加大力度进行综合素质的开发，平时成绩优异的我们希望他更优异，考上自己所期望的中学，平时学习有困难的家长更应该重视，舍得花一点钱让孩子在学习上自信些，通过一学期的努力养成良好的习惯，有可能改变它的一生，人家常说舍得舍得，有舍就有得，你失去的是百十元钱可却得到了一个身心健康的孩子，值！
今年我们县对小学毕业班将进行统一命题，统一考试，单人单桌，两人监考，统一阅卷评分，这些新的要求，无疑对老师学生、家长都是一个十分严峻的挑战。
三、成功家教与失败家教的启示
不少家长在与教师的交流中，几乎都会说，我们孩子最听教师的，其实各位家长有没有深入的思考，孩子为什么听老师的而不太听家长的这个问题呢？因为我们教师掌握了儿童心理和教育学生的方法，下面我想就如何教育孩子与各位家长共同来探讨一些问题：
1、著名教育家陶行知先生曾说：xxx千学万学学做真人。xxx做人教育是家庭教育的核心，欲使孩子成才，先教孩子做人，我们的家长无不希望孩子成为xxx有用xxx的人，在知识技能上颇费心机，而忽视了对孩子品质性格的培养，结果造成终身的悔恨。所以我希望各位家长要以自己人格的力量去影响孩子，在生活中滴滴点点地引导，实实在在作示范，只有具有优秀品质和健全人格的人，才可能成为对国家、社会、家庭有用的人。
2、注重全面素质培养，让孩子身心健康发展。
孩子像小树，生长中既要水分，也要土壤、阳光和养育。面对知识经济的挑战，知识技能固然重要，但健康的心理，强健的体魄也非常重要。我有一位小学同学，从小学到高中都是班长、三好学生，真的非常优秀，可是在高考时，他突然生病，结果全班中只有她没有考上大学，她忧愁过度，至今像个傻子一样，没有结婚，饮食起居都要父母照顾。她之所以这样，都是因为她一切太顺利了，面对突然的打击便承受不了。所以我们的家长要为孩子们创设一些条件，让孩子们承受挫折，使孩子们身心健康发展。
3、粗暴施教，最容易使孩子心灵受摧残。
我们的家长都信奉xxx黄荆棍棍出好人xxx的落后思想。对孩子的错误不是循循善诱，而是拳脚相待。这样会有两种后果，一是使孩子形成懦弱、胆怯退缩的心理，二是在孩子心灵深入播下暴躁残忍的种子。种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆，这种子在一定的情况下爆发，产生的后果是毁灭性的、灾难性的。贵州安顺20xx年夏天发生了一起孪生姐妹毒杀双亲的悲剧。这家父亲是一家公司的经理，母亲是安顺市教委的干部，他们有一对招人喜爱的双胞胎女儿。可是，两姊妹中考失利被父母罚跪，这两姊妹用xxx毒鼠强xxx毒死父母，造成家破人亡，震惊全国的惨剧。所以我们的父母对孩子一定要晓之以理，动之以情，持之以恒，定会收到好的效果。
4、有爱无教终害子。

二、学习上要帮助孩子
在学校，大部分孩子能认真完成作业，某些孩子的作业不认真，老师会让他重写，直到写好为止。但有些孩子的家庭作业却不是令老师们很满意。我非常理解做父母的心情，我们白天工作，晚上要担负起教育孩子的责任。好多家长晚上还有很多工作要做，非常辛苦。但是，大家再怎么忙，也不该忘记对孩子的教育和辅导。当看到孩子一点点地长大，一点点地进步时，我们的内心是非常开心的。我想，可能是有些家长工作比较繁忙吧，因此，对于孩子的学习没有太多的时间去过问。其实，现代社会人人过着节奏紧张的生活。但是孩子的成长是我们的希望。尤其是学习不太自觉、学习习惯不太好的孩子，我们做父母的更应该付出一些时间，陪陪孩子。我想每天抽出30X40分钟，还是可以的。例如，在饭后和孩子聊一聊学校的情况，问一问最近的学习内容，查一查家庭作业的完成情况是否和家庭作业本上的记载内容一致、家庭作业的质量如何。督促孩子每天读半个小时课文（或预习，或复习）。双休日有时间，可以帮助他默写一下词语，温故而知新。还可以让他们背诵一下古诗，小学生记忆力好，有些东西会背了，可以终生不忘，甚至和他们一起读读书。这样既可以增进与孩子的亲密关系；还可以帮助孩子提高学习成绩，好处是多方面的。

那么，怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我们只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校、配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。
课堂是教学最重要的环节，紧紧抓住40分钟比课后补四个小时都有用。在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词、朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
首先说一下听，开学我们要求每个学生都要有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己孩子的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带根本就没有听过，有些甚至还没有磁带。光靠上课听一点点，学生的听力根本就不能有什么发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说的，不说，那不是白学了么？我每天叫学生回家要跟录音机读二十分钟的英语，可是有多少学生真真地做到了呢？听录音机跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么。所读的知识已经学过了，跟录音机读应该是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
接下来是说，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，要让每个学生学会勇敢地说出来。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也确实做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的机会就少。所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说。在学校，我鼓励学生把所学的英语对话运用到生活中去，这样就有真实的情景，能让学生有发挥的余地。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学得派上了用场。

先说一下现状：两极分化严重。其实学生们在三年级时是在同一起跑线上起跑的，经过两年来的学习，学生与学生之间已经已经有了很大的差距。一些同学学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环，越学越简单，越简单越愿意学。可也有一些学生，平时学习习惯不好，上课不认真听讲，下课偷懒不完成作业，结果他们现在课上听讲出现困难，听不懂，不会读，不敢读，最后直接不听不读不写作业，自己放弃了自己。其实他们真的不想学好，不愿进步吗，肯定不是，他们也想得到老师的表扬，家长的鼓励，同学的尊敬，只是因为当时上课有一点点走神，下课有一点点偷懒，有几次作业没做几个单词没背，现在学习越来越费劲越来越痛苦。我们的孩子变成这样都是他们自己的错吗，当然不是，孩子毕竟是孩子，他们自制力很弱，肯定愿意偷懒愿意玩，是我们做老师做家长的没有尽到责任，如果当时我们能够给他们更多的关注，更多的鼓励，拉他们一把，也许他们就是那些令人骄傲的孩子，你们就是让人羡慕的那些家长。

很多家长都问我，怎样才能学好英语呢?其实，学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下工夫。培养孩子良好的学习英语的习惯。
(1)让孩子多听录音
很多孩子都有点读机，教学光盘，磁带，但是有多少孩子充分利用了这些资源了呢，听英语肯定不如看电视玩游戏好玩，孩子肯定不愿意听，这时候就看咱们家长的了，您能不能创造条件让孩子多听，这就关乎到您的孩子能不能是班里的前几名。
(2)让孩子大声说英语
家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，在家里，希看家长也能鼓励学生说英语，或许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，实在学生需要的是你的鼓励，你认真听他们说，然后只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或还可让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己学得派上了用处。
(3)让孩子熟练背诵课文和单词。
Let’slearn(54页单元词汇表里的黑体词)单词是要求会听说读写，也就是会拼写。Let’stalk对话熟读会背，基础弱的同学可以分两段三短背过，课本60页的常用表达会背会默写。
最后还是请求大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。需要家长配合的作业有：给孩子听写单词或句子，并签字，听孩子背诵对话并签字，有的家长说英语我们也不懂啊，其实，我们对听写的要求是这样的：单词、词组是要求家长读中文，孩子默写，课文要求学生自己熟背然后被给家长听，他能不能熟练的背出来相信不管您懂不懂英语都能听出来。
现在的孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这个时候，父母亲对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我默不出来;就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报!

这一届学生从一年级起就动荡不安，到二年级时有一大批优秀的学生转到了后校区。胡明中走后，这一届孩子到三年级时才开始相对稳定下来。所以说这一届的优秀生很少，而且特殊的原因造成这一届孩子的基础很不好。尤其是我们六（9）班，尖子生比其他班少，而后进生却比其他班多得多。

1、对抗型，这类的孩子学习目的不明确，认为是在帮助老师和家长学，让人感觉到是在混日子。对老师的话尤其是家长的话置若罔闻，或有意对抗。逆反心理重，常以自我为中心，爱说谎，不能正确对待挫折。
2、抑郁型，这类孩子一般性格内向，心胸狭窄，遇到一点小事，就耿耿于怀，常常由于长期心情不愉快和过多的抑郁情绪而影响学习。
3、厌恶型，这类孩子往往由于基础知识薄弱，无明确的学习目的，缺乏学习动
机而对学习不感兴趣，以至于厌恶学习。作业不认真完成，甚至抄袭别人的作业。
4、白日梦型，这类孩子学习怕苦怕累，得过且过。学习时容易走神，思想开小差，让他玩则精神抖擞，给人感觉到多聪明。平时喜欢高谈阔论，似乎有满腹经纶，理想远大，但总是不能落实到实际行动中。这类学生往往意志薄弱，自我控制能力差，一些人容易陷入情感纠葛而不能自拔。
5、偏科型，这类孩子有的是因为自己某一学科基础差，学起来困难较大，所以感觉怕；还有的是因为不喜欢某一学科的任课教师而把情感迁移到该学科上，也不愿学习该学科。
6、学法不当型，这类同学一般有正确的学习动机，能刻苦学习，非常希望成功，但由于学习方法不当，如只知死记硬背，对知识的运用不灵活，结果往往事倍功半，收效甚微。
面对这些情况我们老师也很无奈，同时这也给我们老师增加了很大的压力。最让我困惑不解的是：一部分家长自我感觉良好，任其发展，对孩子的学习莫不关心，理由是我们工作实在太忙了，真的没时间去管他；有些家长从来没主动到老师这儿，询问过自己孩子的学习情况以及在校的表现，都是让老师亲自打电话请，就这有的家长未必都能请的动；甚至有的家长还在背地里对老师说三道四，什么这不好那也不好等等。这些都让我们老师感到很伤心、很无奈、也很失望。
各位家长你们说，我们老师该怎么办？
重视教育的家长都知道对孩子的教育包括家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育三方面组成。家庭教育是放在第一位的。
在和不少家长的交流中，很多都会说，我们孩子最听教师的话，所以希望老师怎么怎么样。其实各位家长有没有深入的思考，孩子为什么听老师的而不太听家长的这个问题呢？
1、教育家陶行知先生曾说：千学万学，学做真人。怎样做人是家庭教育的核心，要使孩子成才，先教孩子做人。不少家长在对孩子的成绩上颇费心机，而忽视了对孩子品质性格的培养，结果酿成很多苦果。所以请各位家长记住：你们的一言一行，无不影响着你的孩子的性格和品行。比如说跟孩子说，好好写作业，而自己却在一边看电视
2、粗暴施教，最容易使孩子心灵受摧残。
一部分家长认为棍棒底下出孝子。只要孩子犯错，不是破口大骂，就是拳脚相待。这样会有两种后果，一是使孩子形成懦弱、胆怯退缩的心理，二是在孩子心灵深入播下暴躁残忍的种子。自身例子。
3、有爱无教终害子。
当然我们也不能溺爱孩子。种庄稼不能不浇水，但浇水过多庄稼会溺死。教育孩子，不能没有爱，但必须爱得适度，爱得理智。溺爱是一种十分愚昧的爱，往往在甜甜蜜蜜中毁了孩子，俗话说娇纵如杀子。由于溺爱而酿成的悲剧举不胜举。我们家长常说再苦不能苦孩子，但是我们家长也要深思，再富不能宠孩子。
4、注重全面素质培养，增强孩子的耐挫能力。
孩子像小树，生长中既要水分、土壤、阳光和养分，当然也需要风吹雨打。面对社会的挑战，知识固然重要，但健康的心理，强健的体魄也非常重要。对于一味满足孩子虚荣心的家长，对于怕孩子伤到这呀那呀的家长，对于疼心太重的家长，你家孩子的耐挫能力肯定也不强。等他离开你，独自去学习生活，肯定是难以适应的。所以我们的家长要为孩子们创设一些条件，让孩子们承受挫折，使孩子们身心健康发展。

当然，同学们不可能个个完美。学生们在不同环境当中成长，自然有不同的经历，这就造就了他们不同的个性与品质。如有人比较自私、有人爱吃零食、有人生性较活泼、喜欢插话，有的卫生差、穿戴不整齐，有的人脑海中不去想学习的事，专门做一些害人害己的事。（这里为了照顾一些家长的面子我就不点名批评了）品德是从小培养的，这些毛病都必须引起我们的重视，及时帮助他们纠正过来。而这些都离不开家长们与我们老师的相互配合。有少数学生存在以下几点问题：
1、学习习惯差，课堂上不够专心；
2、学习缺乏自觉性，作业马虎、或拖拖拉拉，不及时完成；
3、还有些学生就是存在偏科现象，发展不全面、不均衡；
4、不会虚心听教，缺乏自我管理能力，在大会上、教室里、教室门口再三强调的事，一出教室门全忘得一干二净。
二、下面我就结合班上期中考试对学生的表现作分析
我先简单地介绍一下我们期中考试情况。语文最高分96分，最低分34。5分，平均分82。5分。数学最高分96分，最低分21分，平均分72。6。英语最高分100分，最低分20分，平均分82。6分。大家都知道六年级的份量，知道六年级意味着什么，也明白他们即将要面临的严峻考验。所以大部份学生都能够努力学习，每天按时上学，专心听课，按时完成各科作业，课后还能找老师帮助，补差补缺，努力提高自己的学习成绩。所以这段时间涌现了一大批品学兼优的好学生。学习成绩优秀的：丁佳丽、刘君瑶、谭舒怡、谭辉、王卓、倪沛、钟翠、黄洁、王其祥、倪锦仪、易鹏宇、陈谢辉、易林宇、刘宇、xxx、陈柱。
三、家长要具体应该怎么做：
1、给子女多一点关爱
升学考试，好像就是门槛，阶梯。考初中，对小学生来说是人生第一个门槛，以后还有考高中、考大学等等。在他们的人生道路上，有许许多多的门槛，考初中和其他的门槛相比，当然是很轻松的一个。但对小学生来说，他们以前从来没有经历过，所以会感到有很大压力，有很多的困惑。每天，各门功课的作业铺天盖地，有的学生很难应付，不要说能把题目都做得全对了。这样一天学习下来，学生感到非常疲劳。回到家里，他们多么需要父母的关爱啊！这时，做父母的就要去关心他们，体贴他们，让他们感受家庭的温暖，促使他们尽快消除疲劳，去顺利完成接踵而来的回家作业。晚上，家长要注意让孩子早点休息，因为明天的功课还是很多。早上起来，家长要为孩子准备好早餐。我们上午要到11点半才能吃到中饭，一个上午有5个小时。早餐不吃好，也会影响学生上课质量的。所以，家长要从点滴做起，来关爱自己的孩子，促进他们健康成长。
2、给子女多一点安宁
我们认为，大多数孩子学习是认真的。他们回家后，首先就想到的是赶紧把作业做好。但是，有的家庭往往没有安静的学习环境。子女在做作业，家长在旁边大声说话，或者看电视，这样会严重影响学生的注意力。有的学生一边听电视，一边在做作业。这样作业质量下降，不利于提高学生的成绩。三心二意做作业，效果肯定不好。因此，在做作业的时候，要尽量让孩子有一个安静的学习环境。家长在旁边，就不要多说话，更不能在孩子做作业时乱批评，乱吆喝。还是让孩子静心地做作业，细心地检查作业，保质保量完成每天的作业吧。
3、给子女多一点约束
俗话说，没有规矩，不成方圆。没有良好的教育和适当的约束，学生就不会有良好的习惯。我们有的家长一味让孩子安静地做作业，一吃完晚饭，就把孩子安顿在房间里。那么，孩子一个人在房里到底在干什么呢？是在认真做作业、认真复习呢？还是在看书呢？还是在玩耍呢？家长有没有仔细观察过？像这种例子很多，有的孩子晚上回家看电视过迟，导致学生睡眠不足，家长却没有发现，而是由老师发现的。怎么会发现的？是因为这个孩子晚上贪玩，睡眠少了，第二天上课就要打瞌睡了。因此，我们把缺乏自觉意识的孩子放在身边，多关注他们，是有一定好处的。家长更要挤出更多的时间陪在他们旁边，让其做完作业。不要认为工作赚钱一定要放在第一位，多陪陪孩子，多对孩子一些教育，也是很重要的啊！所以，给孩子多一点约束，家长就会少一点烦恼。如果你从未陪他写作业、从未检查或督促他的学习，你想，他会给你好成绩吗？
4、给子女多一点引导
六年级的孩子，真是似懂非懂的阶段，他们还分不清是非。家长就要学会引导，学会沟通，学会解释，不能用简单粗暴的方法一棍子打死。特别是比较内向的孩子，你心急，一定要让他做到什么事，那他的心理就会产生逆反，结果反而会把事情搞僵。现在的孩子生活一帆风顺，一有挫折，一有压力就承受不了。学生在学校的压力就很大了，回到家里家长再乱说一通，甚至打骂，有些心理承受能力低下的孩子就会产生厌学的情绪，甚至出现逃学的现象。因此，我们的家长对孩子的教育也要注意方式方法，虽然这是老生常谈了，但还要引起我们足够的重视。
5、和教师多一点联系
我们希望家长们要和班主任以及任课老师多联系。多了解孩子在学校的表现，多了解孩子的学习状况，多了解孩子的作业情况；老师也要向你们了解学生在家里的情况。所以，家长和老师相互联系，相互了解，就能掌握孩子的学习情况，可以有的放矢地对他们进行教育。

下午好!很高兴又在这儿与大家见面了。时间过得很快，再过两个月不到，我们六年级的孩子就要迎来小升初的毕业考试了。作为毕业班的英语老师，我觉得肩上的压力很大，因为毕业考试对每个学生来说都是非常重要的，它关系到孩子升入初中后，新教师、新同学对他的一个最初的印象。所以，今天，和大家在这里一起探讨如何让孩子在最后的两个月中，在英语学习上有所进步，考到一个比较满意的成绩，我觉得是非常有必要的。
首先，给家长们分析下六年级毕业考试，将要考查的内容。毕业考试和一般的期末考试不同，它要考的是三到六年级所有的内容，换句话说就是要复习八本书，所以内容还是很多的。虽然考试内容多，但教研员在出卷的时候，还是考虑到了大部分同学的学习情况，具体是这样定考试标准的。
基础分占试卷的75%，也就是说如果将八本书上的单词、句子都背出、默出了，会读、会认单词，考到75分是没有问题的。家长也可以用这个标准来评判下您的孩子到底在学习上态度是否放端正了。就比如这次期中考试，我班75分以上的同学有个，这些孩子在平常的默写或者抽背中都是非常出色的，基本都能全对。而个别考试不及格的同学，家长也可以看出，不是孩子智力高低的问题，关键还是自身努力程度不够，花的时间太少了，不然75分完全是可以拿到，至少及格应该来说并不困难。
灵活运用占20%，因为毕竟是毕业考试，试卷的难度肯定大于平时的单元考或期末考，在基础知识牢牢掌握的同时，对一些句型进行修改，或者考查一些文章的阅读。所以，在课堂上，我们都会在书本的基础上，进行拓展，并要求学生多开动脑筋，思考一些较难的问题，这对于拿到这20分大大有帮助。
另外，还有5分，的确是比较难的题目，这五分也可以说是拉开差距的，所以家长要求孩子考100分，99分，对孩子来说也是比较难的。这次期中考试的试卷就比较灵活，我们班有位同学考到了95分以上，我还是很佩服的，说明他们不仅学得扎实，而且善于动脑。
在了解了试卷比分之后，接下来，我们就来分析下如何让孩子在接下来的两个月中有所提高。让学得好的学生掌握更多语言知识技能，同样可以在复习中让那些学习落后的学生重拾一些信心。
首先，我的想法是做好基础知识的复习工作。现在课本上的内容还没有结束，但是，我们已经进入了复习阶段。在教授新课的同时，我会不断地将以前学过的单词和句子加到里面去。虽然，我参加工作的时间不长，但我已经教过了八本书中的六本，对于教材还是非常熟悉的，所以复习的内容应该来说还是比较完整的。

二、考试存在的问题：
1.听力是学生的一个薄弱点。虽然平时也很注重学生听力能力的培养，教给学生一定的听力技能和技巧，但是考试中暴露的问题还不少。在今后的教学中我要加大听力的指导，告诉学生拿到试卷后，要根据题中的信息，预测将会涉及到的内容，这样可以减少记忆负荷，缩小信息范围，消除紧张的心理，提高听的效率。
2.单词辨音也是学生的一个薄弱点。关键是一些学生的朗读不过关，平时我每天布臵的朗读20-30分钟英语一部分人能很认真的完成,但还有少数学生没有付诸行动。
3.词性转换和时态变换是学生的弱点：对于弱胜几乎完全失分，这一块是小学英语语法的重点。多样的变化是的基础弱的学生无处下手。归根到底词汇量的掌握和基本单词的记忆欠缺。
4.阅读短文和作文是学生的最大的弱项。阅读和作文在今后的升学考试，包括中考、高考、研究生考试以及大学英语四、六级考试中都占有很大的分值。阅读短文是检查学生的理解和运用知识能力，很多时候会遇到课外生词，我发现很多学生懒得去查工具书，老师硬要交就乱写一通。英语作文更不容乐观了。
三.我说说孩子们在班里的总体情况。
首先我想先跟大家来分享一个我们现在期中复习阶段的一个教学片断。现在我们的复习课，基本上是以练习卷的讲解为主，结合练习中所涉及的知识点，我都会一而再，再而三地进行复习滚动。一次我在讲解完十道选择题，并说明选择那些答案的原因之后，给了学生2-3分钟时间去整理回忆，然后再抽学生自己去讲解，结果刚刚讲完的内容，足足站了半个班级的学生，有的甚至讲到哪里都找不到，当然这也不排除，有的在我讲之前就已经没了那一份资料的。听课的习惯。“向40分钟要效率”是每一位教师的追求，也是我们对每一位学生的要求。课堂上我们对单词的读音、记忆方法，新句型的讲解、练习、注意点都一一讲解，大部分学生学得轻松、快乐，所教单词课上就能掌握，句型也能熟练掌握，其诀窍也就是抓住了40分钟。但仍有个别学生听课习惯还停留在低年级水平，注意力只能坚持十几分钟，需要经常提醒，这样就会导致新单词读音都不能掌握，更别说当堂记住拼写了，语法知识更是一知半解。
当然，在这一点上我们始终在努力着，我们正试图让每一位学生明白：课堂上浪费了一分钟，也许课后花十分钟、一小时也难以弥补。(建议家长经常性的跟老师进行沟通交流，询问孩子最近一段时间的听课情况，当然也可以反映孩子在家的表现和孩子自己的想法，这样便于双方反馈处理，作出合理的安排)我讲这个片段，主要是想强调我们现在部分学生的听课效果真的不尽人意，希望家长能够引起重视。整个班级学生大约分成三类：第一类同学，学习习惯相当好，学习积极主动，上课专心听讲，作业专注、书写认真，所以作业完成的速度快，正确率高，回答问题思路清晰。第二类学生是自觉性相对差一点，作业能及时完成，上课偶尔注意力不集中，经常会出现这样或那样的小毛病。第三类学生是学习习惯差，,隔三差五还有拖欠作业的情况，作业不能主动完成，经常不写作业，即使写了，但是书写潦潦草草，错题一大堆。讲评过的题，既不改正，也不做相应的笔记。学习态度不够端正。他们对学英语是抱着无所谓的态度，可以说得过且过。(点名)他们的学习习惯不够好。还存在着严重的畏难情绪，怕吃苦的精神.
我想第一类学生的家长是把时间和精力大部分都用在孩子身上，每天都过问孩子的学习情况，而且能亲自检查，对孩子的要求很严格，孩子在学习上的每次浮动都牵动家长的心，都能引起家长足够的重视。
第二类家长也是占大多数的家长，是每天也都过问孩子的作业情况。如“作业做完了吗?单词背了吗?”这类家长也只是停留在问的层面上，偶尔能看看孩子的作业情况。得到孩子的回答也大多是“完成了。”孩子到底完成的质量怎么样，家长心里没数。
第三类家长是不懂英语的，而且上班忙，下班太晚，没时间过问的孩子的学习情况。或者孩子放给爷爷奶奶外公外婆管。
四.学生的作业：
有的家长认为：对于孩子的英语有点力不从心，因为自己不懂英语，对于学生的家庭作业即便是签字了，更多的时候也只是一种形式而已。当然我这里所指的是部分家长，我知道我们家长中也存在的一些英语高手。那么，在这里我就结合学生的家庭作业，跟大家分享一些处理的方式方法，不管您自身是懂英语的，还是不懂英语的，都可以根据或借鉴我所讲的去实施操作。这其实，也是我想通过本次家长会想更家长朋友沟通，并且希望家长朋友配合我做的几点。我们每天英语家庭的作业不外乎这几种：
1、抄写。对于抄写作业，家长可以一目了然地看到孩子的书写情况，对于书写质量不过关的作业，家长可以直接让孩子重写。我虽然不主张你帮助自己的孩子检查纠错，但是如果你的孩子学习习惯或者是学习基础的确与班里大部分同学有明显差距的话，还是希望家长能多留意些。
对于六年级的孩子来说，抄写是不应该出错了的，包括单词的正确书写，大小写，标点符号等等，我相信一个在平时的抄写中，容易出错的同学，在考试中也会容易犯类似的问题，而由于这些错误的失分，是相当可惜的。每次抄写作业，我都会尽可能地批改出孩子们所存在的问题，如果您的孩子抄写上还存在问题的话，希望家长朋友重视了。说到这里，我想外带一点，希望家长们能加强对孩子良好学习品质的培养。特别是对于我们这个班级的实际情况，我发觉我们现在许多学生在考试时的失分，不是不会做题，而是不够细心。而细心正是一种很重要的良好的学习品质，一味地以一种完成任务的态度对待学习也是有害无益的，而因为粗心导致的失分，我个人认为那远比不会做而失分，来得更为可惜。
2、在家长处听写单词，并批改。对于这个作业，有能力的家长可以报英文单词让孩子听写，如果您自身不懂英语，您可以给孩子报中文，让孩子根据中文写出英文单词，也可以让孩子先写好中文，然后脱离课本或资料进行默写，这些方式方法，我都有跟学生交代，就不知道学生有没有将这样的说明传达到你们那。一般这样的听写，我都要求孩子们自行批改一次，我觉得这样的批改是有好处的，在自我检查的同时，还能找出自己所存在的问题，进行针对性的记忆。
说到这个听写，我想提下我们平时在课堂上集体听写的情况，应该说，情况是不容乐观的，我们每次听写，糟糕的时候有近一半的同学不能过关，少的时候也基本上有十几个，我的要求是90分以上过关，而这个听写我都会在前一天让孩子们去准备，作业记载本上的听写与随堂的听写结果，完全是两种不同的结果。由此，我在想我们有些学生在回家作业听写的时候，是抄写的，而不是听写。所以在此希望家长朋友能够重视回家听写的作业，单词的积累对于英语学习至关重要，我们写句子，包括文章都离不开单词这个基本元素。准备越充分的学生，在课堂上听写的时候，就越有底气，正确率也就越高，越能体验到成功的喜悦，越能增强孩子学习英语的信心。否则，一次一次地听写不过关，我真可以说是对于孩子一次又一次的学习信心上的打击。
3、完成相应的练习或练习卷。随着毕业考的临近在家做卷子会越来越多，家长可以看下孩子的完成情况，一般这样的作业，我也都会批改，也请家长定期亲自翻看我批改后的卷子，这样也更方便您知道孩子平时的情况。、平时多了解孩子的作业和测验情况。
同时我要求学生在每次单元测验后让家长签字并写上评语。一旦发现作业的质量不高，一定要让他重新做好。家与学校两手抓，学生良好的品质就容易养成。并且还能有效地杜绝抄袭。
考虑到有的学生存在报喜不报忧的情况，每次试卷下发后，我都会以短信的方式，通知给家长。看孩子的试卷，不是光看看分数就完了。家长要把测验试卷打开亲自看一看，了解孩子为什么错，是单词没记住;是上课没注意听，还有就是把老师讲评的要点让孩子认真复习。督促孩子上课听老师讲评练习题或试卷的时候，有错误的地方要及时更正，课后要多复习，这样就可以有效避免再犯同样的错误，孩子作业的字迹，对待作业的态度，听课的效率，对英语学科的兴趣等等，家长的重视和督促同样是不可忽略。
4、测试卷签名。其实测试卷上家长签名，是一个外在的形式，我的目的是，让家长知道孩子一个阶段的学习成果，看孩子的试卷，不光看分数的高低，跟更要关注孩子错误的原因，是因为粗心，还是因为本身就不会。一次考试，不仅仅只是分数上的收获，更是一种学习方法上的收获。
5、口头背诵作业。这应该也是英语中的常规作业了，平时的作业中用的比较多，但我觉得，对于部分学生来说，这样的作业达成的效果并不好，希望家长能帮助落实这方面的作业，不管您听不听得懂，也不管孩子是否认真读了，是否读对了，我想读了肯定是会有收获的，哪怕读了一遍，只留意了那么一两个句子也是好的。
可能有的家长认为，孩子会比较听老师的话，其实我觉得家长您的威力也不小。前段时间，我们个别学生作业上交情况不是很好，即便是催了，也无济于事，于是我就这么说：“作业没有交的学生，名字我都记下了，反正马上就要家长会了，到时候，哪几个学生，哪几样作业没有完成的，我一一说一下。”这段时间，作业上交的情况明显好转了很多，个别学生还经常问我，还有什么作业没有补上。我想这些都是家长您的功劳。
五、给家长们分析下六年级毕业考试，将要考查的内容。
毕业考试和一般的期末考试不同，它要考的是三到六年级所有的内容，换句话说就是要复习八本书，所以内容还是很多的。虽然考试内容多，但教研员在出卷的时候，还是考虑到了大部分同学的学习情况，具体是这样定考试标准的。
基础分占试卷的80%，也就是说如果将八本书上的单词、句子都背出、默出了，会读、会认单词，考到80分是没有问题的。家长也可以用这个标准来评判下您的孩子到底在学习上态度是否放端正了。
就比如这次期中考试，我班80分以上的同学有43个，这些孩子在平常的默写或者抽背中都是非常出色的，基本都能全对。而个别考试不及格的同学，家长也可以看出，不是孩子智力高低的问题，关键还是自身努力程度不够，花的时间太少了，不然80分完全是可以拿到，至少及格应该来说并不困难。
灵活运用占20%，因为毕竟是毕业考试，试卷的难度肯定大于平时的单元考或期末考，在基础知识牢牢掌握的同时，对一些句型进行修改，或者考查一些文章的阅读。所以，在课堂上，我们都会在书本的基础上，进行拓展，并要求学生多开动脑筋，思考一些较难的问题，这对于拿到这20分大大有帮助。
另外，还有5分，的确是比较难的题目，这五分也可以说是拉开差距的，所以家长要求孩子考100分，99分，对孩子来说也是比较难的。这次期中考试的试卷就比较灵活，我们班有5位同学考到了95分以上，我还是很佩服的，说明他们不仅学得扎实，而且善于动脑。另外，还有5分，的确是比较难的题目，这五分也可以说是拉开差距的，所以家长要求孩子考100分，99分，对孩子来说也是比较难的。
各个中学的录取都以这个分数为主在;
他们把学生按考试成绩进行分类：85---100---a级;70---85----B级60----70合格;60一下属于不合格。
在了解了试卷比分之后，接下来，我们就来分析下如何让孩子在接下来的两个月中有所提高。让学得好的学生掌握更多语言知识技能，同样可以在复习中让那些学习落后的学生重拾一些信心。
首先，我的想法是做好基础知识的复习工作。现在课本上的内容还没有结束，但是，我们已经进入了复习阶段。在教授新课的同时，我会不断地将以前学过的单词和句子加到里面去。虽然，我参加工作的时间不长，但我已经教过了八本书中的六本，对于教材还是非常熟悉的，所以复习的内容应该来说还是比较完整的。
除了课堂的复习，其实最重要的还是孩子自己在家里花时间读和背。就像这个周末，我布臵孩子回去将本册书的单词抄写一遍，星期一默写。目的就是督促孩子在家不要老是玩和看电视，花点时间背背单词和句子，好好复习。家长也可以回去抽测下孩子背诵的情况。在今后的复习中，肯定每天都会布臵孩子在家里读和背，也希望家长有空的时候关心下孩子有没有在家里拿出英语书看一看，读一读，背一背。
第二，在基础知识掌握较好的前提下有所提高。以前，我从未要求过学生买课外练习做，但这学期开学初，我要求考试成绩能达到75分以上的同学买一些课外练习做，因为英语是除了作业本和抄写本以外是没有配套作业的。这些作业我们都在学校里完成了，也比较机械。说句实话，好成绩还是要多做多练做出来的。我们班有近二十位同学买了课外练习，买不到的我帮他们去平湖书店买了。做好以后，我都一本本批改了。批改这些作业花的功夫其实蛮大的，因为每本都不同，学生做一本，老师要做好几本，但我想只要对孩子有所提高，我们辛苦点，还是值得的。

1.首先家长们要用实际行动，真心关心孩子的学习。如今的小学英语对学生的要求比较高，到了高年级教材的练习几乎都等同于以前的初中水平，如果在平时能注意翻阅一下我们英语书的家长就会发现，书本上很多的单词以前都没有见过。单词如此，句型、语法等知识也是如此，所以，到了高年级光要求学生能够朗读、默写等已不能满足高年级英语学习的需要了。对陌生短文的理解阅读、对句型之间的相互转化、对各类时态的正确分辨，对语法点的理解运用等等，都是学生所必须掌握的，也是学生最薄弱的环节。所以，学生的理解能力、运用能力显得尤为重要。
有的家长也认为，孩子能够读出课文并默写出单词句型，怎考试还不见效果?这完全是正常的现象。高年级的英语学习，以理解、运用为重，书本只是媒介，是知识的载体，学生的英语思维也是从这阶段开始处于萌芽状态，所以，这阶段的学生的学习将有可能关系到他将来的学习，没有好的基础，英语学习前景确实不容乐观。

（一）卷面结构和问题分析
1、基础知识一般占考试总成绩的30%
这类题以考察学生对拼音、字义、词语的掌握情况。看拼音写词语训练中，除个别同学对字的间架结构摆布欠均匀，把字全部写在了格子的下方外，大部分学生都能注意字的结构在格子里的摆放位置，书写比较规范；检查学生的字义的题，有小部分同学会识记模糊，导致答题错误。但从整个答题情况来看，学生读音正确率高，对字、词的掌握情况比较牢。考察学生词语、成语运用能力的题，由于审题不清楚或者是平时不注重积累的话，答题就不是很理想。根据要求改写句子这类题，一般会从不同方面设置要求，试题形式多样，也是最能考察学生句型运用能力的题，在多次考试的情况来看，学生对于转述句的运用以及综合修改病句的能力还是欠缺的。
2、课内、外阅读一般占考试比重的40%
主要考察学生对所学过的'知识的积累与分析运用能力。题型在结构上稳中求变、稳中求新。如根据课文知识填空，由于这一题型老师在平时经常强化训练，因此出错不多。即使有错也是因个别同学识记不牢，没有认真仔细审题。可见失分完全属于粗心大意，说明学生的学习心态是取决成绩高低的重要因素。当然其中还会涵盖许多的文学常识，这一类的失分相对按课文内容的背诵填空会有些多，因为学生平时并不重视，只看课本上提供的，不求课外延伸的。例如最近我们都在学习名家名篇，这些老舍啊、陈忠实啊、笛福啊能不去识记与之相关的作品和人物评价吗？接下来的大头就是课内阅读和课外阅读两部分，主要考察学生课内阅读积累和课外阅读理解的能力。能联系上下文和自己的积累，掌握文章的主要内容，初步体会文章所表达的思想感情。课内阅读都是书本课文中的片段，往往都是我们在上课时讲到的重点段落，主要检测学生的理解。由于课堂上通过老师的讲解、点拨、引导，学生已充分理解课文内容，答起题来得心应手。但也不乏一些上课混日子，不注重上课效率的同学会有很多不应该错的题出现错误。课外阅读相对要差一点，有少数学生没有认真读题，导致漏题，还有小部分同学阅读理解短文内容不准确、概括能力差，答句不完整，造成语句不通顺不连贯。拓展阅读，学生基本上都能够从细读文章后有所理解。我想这也和我们老师在课堂上及平时的训练中教给学生阅读方法与技巧有关。
3、习作占总分的30%
平时考试我们教师出题，取题都贴近学生生活实际，让学生有话可写，更因为可以让他们在选材上有一定的灵活性，给学生留有发散性思维的空间，我们基本采用半命题的作文题。作文中，多数学生能根据要求选材，围绕中心习作，语句通顺、连贯，用词恰当，文笔流畅，字迹工整，能正确使用标点符号。习作能注重首尾呼应，结构相对完整。但不乏一些老问题的出现，陈酒装新瓶，套话老话一段接一段，选材过于保守，用词只求正确、却不够生动，停留在口头表达上，多数以叙述为主，描写为辅，表达的感情也不够真实，总是抒发得稍显僵硬。
（二）今后努力的方向：
就这些平时的测试来看，总的来说大部分学生发挥正常，但同时也让我们发现了不少存在的问题，今后我们将要从以下几个方面努力
1、男生们要更加重视书写端正、规范、卷面整洁，培养学生良好的书写习惯；
2、要更加重视字词教学，夯实语文基础，尤其是对后进生要加强基础练习，掌握好基础知识；

6、重视好词好句的积累，多看作文书，丰富语言材料，注重语文实践，提高作文水平；
7、习作教学要在激发学生习作兴趣的基础上，在通顺上下功夫，同时要引导学生能抒发出自己的真情实感来；
8、对于一个题目要想象多种可能出现的类型进行练习；
总之，关于语文测试的情况就说这些，请家长能参照班级总体情况，正确评价您孩子的得与失，把握前进的方向，争取更大的进步。
三、语文作业的各项要求
想要考试时成绩能够保证，就少不了平时语文作业的质量了，那么作文作业应该在重视些什么呢？先让我们来了解下语文作业中存在的问题：
（一）语文作业中存在的问题：
1、抄写作业中男生由于贪快，字迹潦草，字形不仔细辨认导致抄错
