高一英语学习方法的建议
达尔文说过，“关于方法的知识是最重要的知识”。许多专家学者的体会也是这样，即怎样学比学什么更重要。
中学生的学习活动，可以概括为五个环节，即课前预习，上课，课后复习，完成作业和自己安排的学习活动。这五个环节中，每一环节都反映着一个中学生的学习习惯和学习方法。

2、会自学。即自己制定目标，自己安排计划，自己选定任务，自己监督自己。学习的成功固然与外界的诸多因素有关，如家庭、教师、同学、社会等等。但学生本人是内因，是起主要作用的因素。一个学习好的学生一定是学习的主人，而不是学习的奴隶。他会根据自己的爱好和特点，为自己选定有希望达到的目标。他会参照教学的进度和自己所处的环境，为自己制定切实可行的计划。他知道自己今天该做什么，明天该做什么，而不是盲目地四处出击，临时应付。他内心对自己充满信心，同时又脚踏实地。自己定下的任务，自己一定要完成，全然不用老师和家长的催促。
3、认真读书，勤于动手。搞好学习不读书是不行的。会学习的同学，读书认真，边读边想，务求领会书中的各项理论。但是，学习任何一门知识都必须与实践相联系。只会理论上夸夸其谈，不会解题，不会做实验，学了写作理论不会写文章，学了英语语法不会与外国人交流，那就不叫真正学懂学会。会用是学习的最高境界。例如对一个学英语的学生来说，只有在他具有较好的听说读写的能力的时候，我们才能认为他学好了英语。要真正达到会用，会熟练使用的水平，必须坚持长期的不间断的训练。那些懒于实践，畏惧练习的人，哪一科也学不好。
4、及时总结，善于向别人学习。学习好的同学并不是生来就各科优秀。他们在小学、中学的学习历程中也经受过各种挫折和失败。但是他们没有在挫折面前低头。他们及时地总结学习方法上存在的问题，经过对比，找出不足，发现前进方向，以更大的干劲向前迈进。他们的另一个成功的经验是善于向别人学习，从别人的成功经验和失败的教训中，获取宝贵的财富。一个人一般在中学只能学一次，许多人快到高中毕业了才懂得如何学习，可惜那就有点儿晚了。聪明的办法是从别人的成功与失败中吸收于自己有益的东西。善于向别人学习，及时调整自己的方向，就能少走弯路，更快地进步。
高考英语阅读提高方法：解题步骤
1、通读全文，对文章进行快速浏览，寻找主题句，抓住文章结构及文章的写作内容。在阅读过程中，要注意文章的开始与结束段落，尤其是文章的首段及末段末句，因为“开门见山”与“结尾总结”的写作方式为常见的写作方式，首段的末句一般是是全文的主题所在，说明本文将探讨哪些内容，并简要指出文章的写作思路，有时甚至会以提纲的形式进行呈现。首段的末句对于快速掌握文章的主题具有重要意义，如果它是文章的主题句，就可以使读者迅速明确文章情节将如何展开，并对文章的写作主题有了整体的了解。如果末句不是主题句，则需要继续寻找。这时，可以考虑文章的写作方式是否为“结尾总结”式，如两者均可排除，则需在文章中其他段落寻找主题句，但要注意，首段与末段的提示作用。
2、详读段落，在短时间内，找出每段写作内容的关键词。明确各段的主题句或主旨大意。文章正文部分通常分为若干小段落。各段落会根据整体文章写作主题展开，对文章主体进行的不同方面的描述。找出各个小段落中的关键词，明确其描述内容，为整体试题的解决做好铺垫。阅读各个空的前后句，标记关键词
在阅读文章的开始部分、明确文章的基本话题以后，要阅读五个空各自的前后句，并将前后句中的解题线索，即关键词标记下来。关键词包括句中的核心名词或名词词组(如带有形容词的名词词组)、专有名词、时间数字、代词、连词等。
重点阅读各个问题附近的句子，圈定线索词，然后从选项中寻找相关的特征词，以确定答案。做题时可以采用代入排除法。如果一题做不出或拿不准，可先放过，继续往下读，先做容易的能做出的题，直到读完整篇文章。至此，文章的要点和主旨、各个段落之间的逻辑关系应基本清楚了。
3、定位选项，明确各备选选项的含义，抓住其关键词语，根据文章整体结构与具体内容，将选项填入文中，填写时尤为注意各选项中出现的句子衔接手段及句中的衔接标志词。在定位选项时，要特别注意空格上下段的写作内容，以及空格上段尾句和下段首句的结构和意义。将所选项放入空白处，看看是否与上下文构成语义及逻辑上的直接关系，是否符合该处语境。能否承接前后的写作线索。使文章无论内容还是衔接上都能做到通顺。
一篇文章作为一个整体，是有其写作的线索与思路的，在选项定位中，要尤其注意文章的写作线索，文章的写作思路的连贯使文章的每个段落、每个句子甚至每个短语均融为一体。如果带入选项后，发现文章写作线索中断或是前后矛盾，应更换其它选项。
4、通读复检，将所选答案代入文中，再次通读全文，重点考查逻辑关系和关联结构。在完成选项定位后，应通读全文，检查文章内容是否完整，语义是否连贯合理、各段落内容是否紧扣主题，语篇结构是否通顺连贯、具有一致性、合乎逻辑，写作思路是否清晰明了，格式以及用语是否恰当贴切，从而判断选择的答案是否正确。同时，我们还应注意对相近选项的对比分析，个别干扰项由于与某个正确选项的内容相近具有很强的干扰性，这时就需要我们认真分析，仔细甄别，排除干扰，从而得出正确选项。
5、确定排除，研究多余选项，确定排除理由，最终确定答案。
尽管答案都已经确定，但是为了避免失误，对多余的选项进行进一步的研究，确定它们和文章的主题和前后句意没有关联性之后，才是最终的结果。
高考英语阅读提高方法：解题技巧
技巧一：从细节逻辑上判断---因果关系
在做题时最重要的是要读懂空白前后的句子，明白这几句话的确切意思，然后根据意思的连贯性或逻辑性从选项中选取正确答案。在读懂意思的基础上，判断它们之间的关系来进一步确认答案。因果关系主要指前后的句子有着原因和结果之间的关系，这种关系往往说明了前因后果或者前果后因等情况。表示因果关系的连词有asaresult结果------，thus/therefore因此，so(such)...如此------以至于等。
技巧二：从细节逻辑上判断---转折关系

技巧九：从试题位置上判断---问题在段首
假如问题出现在段首，它通常是段落主题句。认真阅读后文内容，根据段落一致性原则，查找同义词或其他相关的词，推断出主题句。另外着重阅读后文第一两句，锁定线索信号词，然后在选项中查找相关特征词。通常正确答案的最后一句与空白后的第一句在意思上是紧密
衔接的，因此这两句间会有某种的衔接手段，尤其当选项是几句话时。
技巧十：从试题位置上判断---问题在段尾
所选答案是引出下一段的内容。如果在选项中找不出与前文之间的关联，此时可考虑与下一段开头是否有一定的衔接。认真阅读下一段开头几句，看是否与选项的最后一句紧密连接起来。分析与前文是转折或是对比关系。此时要注意在选项中查找表示转折、对比的关联词，同时注意选项中所讲内容是否与前文在同一主题上形成对立、对比关系。如果第一段的段尾是空白，要认真阅读，看此处是细节还是主题。通常文章第一段要提出文章的主题，如果在段尾提出主题，会用一些信号词如转折词引出来，正确答案中应有这样的特征词。段尾通常是结论、概括性语句。注意在选项中查找表示结果、结论、总结等的信号词，如therefore,asaresult,thus,hence,inshort,tosumup,toconclude,inaword等词语，选项中也可发现前文的同义词句。

1.做好初、高中英语学习衔接,把好起始关。

2.掌握语言习得规律，增加记忆效果。
英语学习极具规律性，习得者必须加以认识和掌握。教科书是按英语知识结构从易到难编写的，教与学的活动必然按其规律进行。同学们从第1模块开始就必须扎实地学好每个单元，切实掌握课文、语法、词汇等知识;若缺课或疏忽导致知识缺陷，一定尽快补上。另外，科学记忆规律对词汇识记帮助很大。根据德国著名心理学家艾宾浩斯制定的遗忘曲线，人们学的东西，一天时间内如果不抓紧复习只记得25﹪，可见遗忘多么可怕!但如果学习后不久进行复习，一天后知识记忆保持98﹪，一周后保持83﹪。所以，同学们要根据遗忘规律安排好词汇、课文等的记忆，使学习事半功倍。

环节1：课前预习，即要求对即将学习的新知提前感知，自尝其味，对新知做到心中有数，这样听课时就容易抓住重点，对老师的讲解就会心领神会。以课文预习为例：课前应通读文章，用红笔标出新知(生词、短语等)和疑难之处，力争掌握文章大意，完成有关问题回答或判断题选择，对所学课文做到初步了解，为课堂学习做好准备。
环节2：课上精听勤练，即要求在课堂精心聆听老师讲解，抓住重点，突破难点，弄懂预习中遇到的困惑与不解，使自己对知识有豁然贯通的感觉;同时，要积极参与课堂教学过程，捕捉机会进行听、说、读、写的训练，让学到的新知用起来、动起来、活起来，尽快形成技能。请记住：英语是“练”会的，不是“听”会、“看”会的。
环节3：课后巩固、提高。英语是门技能学科，特别要求对新知学习后能及时训练、使用。所以同学们一定要坚持按时按量完成有关作业，巩固、提高所学知识;条件允许的同学提倡有计划地做一些针对性的语法练习或阅读训练，拓宽自己的知识面，为英语学习增添后劲。
高一英语知识点记忆方法
(1)发声动觉记忆和书写动觉记忆
学习高一英语最根本的就是记忆，无论是平时背诵课文还是记忆单词、句子，一边读一边写，效果都比只读不写或只写不读好。在记忆时，读书的声音要洪亮，如果用手指在空中或桌子上划，使记忆活动立体化，有利于记忆。
(2)形象记忆和联想记忆

(3)循环记忆和分类记忆
按照遗忘先快后慢的规律，背诵应该在最初记忆过后，最近期内多复习，然后逐渐减少;背诵时可以按照共同的框架从整体上加以把握，进行分类记忆。
高一英语听力的练习
(一)听力能力是重点
在高考中听力共20小题，每小题分，一般为10段材料。其中1—5段为简单对话，读1遍。6—9段为较长对话，每段设计2—3题，读2遍。第10段为独白，设计2—3题，读2遍。一般来讲，后两段读速较快，要求较高。从现在社会环境要求方面看，听、说能力的高低是一个人英语水平高低的表现形式，与人交往离不开听、说的能力，因此重视听的能力是首要任务，听得懂才能说得出。每天应坚持听的练习20—30分钟，一定听的输入必然会有听的收获。
(二)听力能力的训练方法
1、模仿磁带，注意发音，学习准确的语音、语调，力求发音标准、漂亮。课本录音带及其它相关有声材料都是很好的训练材料。
2、坚持精听和泛听相结合。精听是指使用有材料的听力训练。可采取先听后看的方法，即在阅读听力材料之前先听2—3遍，再翻开材料边听边读，对已知和未知的内容有了一定了解，然后再合上书，边听边理解，直到全部材料都能听懂并跟上它的速度。泛听是指抽空随意地听，可以是无材料可循的内容。如收听英语广播，调频兆赫，Voa(xxx)《空中英语教室》节目，收看CCtV9，《新概念》第二册等，甚至在平时收看外国影片时也能学习英语，训练听的能力。
3、听的训练是在坚持不懈的努力中，循序渐进的，既不可操之过急，也不能只想不干。听力时间的保证也是提高听力能力所必需的。
