大量的课堂观察下来，很累，也很有趣。在一系列的对比和分析中，我品味着同事们形形色色的教学风格。不过，最引起我感悟的就是知识的温度。
在一些教师的课堂里，呈现的知识都是没有温度的，就像最近的气温，冰冷的，没有人味。所谓没有人味，就是知识就是知识，这些知识似乎与学习者没有什么关系，教师只是单纯地讲授知识，完成任务，而孩子们也觉得它与己无关，冷漠的没有任何呼应。即便是有校长在场，他们不给老师任何面子，依旧津津有味地玩着比知识有温度的手机。
他们在春天，我在冬天。
今天有一节课很不寻常，老师从一盆绿色的盆栽植物开始，让孩子们在观察，在讨论，在交流，课堂就像绿色的植物一样，生机盎然。老师有善意的鼓励，有严格的督促，有方法的指导。我能体会到听课者的感觉：这堂课的知识与自己有关。老师没有讲什么，引导孩子运用自己的力量努力地解决了一个又一个的问题。
我主观地认为：我和孩子们一样，在一个温暖的知识的春天里，就像那一汪碧绿，生机盎然。
我想，知识应该是有温度的，因为知识必须与人有关，尤其与人的生活有关。因为只有与人有关，才能引起学习者对它的兴趣。很多的时候，老师们是举轻若重，把一个原本简单的问题，通过所谓的技术，搞得太复杂，最终让孩子们失去了兴趣。举轻若重是专业研究者的态度，不能忽视任何微小的细节。我倒是认为老师应该具有举重若轻的本事，把一些复杂的知识与形成过程进行内化，吐哺成一些更简洁明了的比方、生活案例、基本方法，让孩子们能感觉到知识其实就是来源于生活，与自己是如此之近，触手之间就可以感到它的温暖。苏永涛教练给我提过一个很好的建议：孩子们为什么逃学？因为他们觉得无事可做。是不是可以让每个孩子在课堂上有事可做呢？
王国维说过：一切景语皆是情语。风、花、雪、夜，其实也只是自然冰冷的一角，为什么它们具有那么大的能量，让人如痴如醉，这就是情感温暖产生的能量，所以，才有了情天恨海，海枯石烂经典。也许，知识就是冷冰冰的，但是，经过教师的内化和加工，应该可以变得五光十色，魅力无限。我想，这应该是我们必须要做到的！
