三、活动目的

1、保障校运动会的顺利开展；

2、促进校园文化建设的和谐发展；

3、发扬志愿者“奉献友爱互助进步”的志愿服务精神；

4、为志愿者的提供社会实践机会，提升志愿者综合素质。

四、活动时间及地点

时间：20xx年11月7日——11月9日地点：田径场及小足球场

机电工程学院志愿者

六、活动所需物品

志愿者帽子10、机电工程学院院旗、志愿者服装10件

七、活动内容

1.注意观众情绪，维持观众*秩序。

2.组织参与啦啦队，提醒监督做一个文明啦啦队。

3.及时了解运动员情况，准备简单医疗用品；联系校医务室，做好救治准备工。

4.会场供水，运动员休息等。

5.特别应急支队，主要负责在本学院内各项目出现人手不足问题时，及时采取措施，使各个项目顺利进行。

八、注意事项

1、活动期间请大家服从安排，实实在在做事，勿打闹嬉戏。

2、如有原因无法参加者，请及时告知组织者。

3、本次活动与学院各学生会部门合作，希望各位同学通力合作，圆满完成此次活动。

附：运动会期间志愿服务对签到（退）安排考核签到要求：

各单位志愿服务队进行服务的时候，需提前5分钟到*台旁边的“志愿服务队签到点”进行签到；服务期间，需扛着学院旗帜；服务时间结束时，需再到“志愿服务队签到点”签字离场。志愿服务内容主要包括：

卫生清扫、秩序维持等组委会分配给各学院的相关任务。完成情况共分为优、良、中、差四个等级。
