Honerablechairanddeardelegate,thisistherepresentativeofphillipine,hereismybriefspeech近些年来全球气候异常，各国对于气候变化愈加关注。在多国的努力下，达成了京都议定书等公约。然而公约的执行并不如人意，应对气候变化仍是当前迫在眉睫的问题。菲律宾作为一个负责任的国家，一直以来密切关注着气候变化问题，积极参与关于气候变化的各个国际会议，是京都议定书缔约国之一。与此同时，在国内，菲律宾政府也积极推动低碳环保政策，并于20xx年颁布了气候变化法。

大家好，我是印度方的代表人——蔡嘉瑞。在此我树立下我方观点。我方认为拥有密集型工业并非是走向强国的唯一途径。
我们就借用发达国家的发展历程看看。他们以前所采用的都是劳动密集型生产方式，后来发现这种生产方式有一系列的弊端，于是他们转变产业结构，发展集约型生产方式。伦敦成为雾都，就是劳动密集型生产方式的副作用表现。
这些年，我们印度经济的崛起被你们称为奇迹，对此我也深感自豪。众所周知，现代社会比拼的是科技，而非劳动力。现在，是优化产业升级的的时代。因为我们注重技术，这样，印度的经济在很大程度上可以避免受到全球经济危机的冲击。人民生活的提高了，经济发展起来了，印度的贫富差距比其他发展中国家都要小，还没有环境问题。加之我们都是高新产业为多，所以很大潜力，成为发达国家只是时间的问题。
